Acrylic painting.
My concept for this piece was a minimalist and abstract view of the sun. I titled it “Harnessing The Sun” because it felt like the white lines captured and entrapped the sun, which led to the idea of the painting representing it being harnessed for energy. I enjoyed this idea so much that it led to another two paintings about the concept of the sun and its energy. Perhaps there will be more!
In order not to break the minimalistic look, the piece is signed on the reverse.
