Spring Can't Come Soon Enough!

I mentioned in my last post that, while it’s cold outside, I’ve been poking around in my archives to see what I might find there that I never processed. This photo from the March 2013 Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Garden’s Spring Flower Show caught my eye.

It’s perhaps a bit early to start hoping for Spring, but in my wishful thinking I consider winter over when March comes around. It is of course still cold in the beginning of March, but when that first day arrives it seems like Spring is just around the corner even though it’s not infrequent to get a last brief hit of snow in April. But those April snows, when they happen, are just winter’s last breath.
