Ice On Lake Arthur

I will be the first to admit it. I am not at all fond of winter. Yes, I know the snow makes everything pure and pretty and removes distractions, but perhaps you might have noticed that it’s also COLD! I’m really not a fan of the cold as whenever I go out shooting in freezing weather my fingertips get quite painful and start to burn, even with gloves on. The bottom line is that it’s hard for me to be creative when I’m really uncomfortable. But…I did it this year. And I will do it again when it snows again. And I do have to say that I liked the experience, even though it wasn’t quite as enjoyable as going out in better weather.
