Hintology / Voxpop

What’s Hintology? Whats a Voxpop?

Hintology is a magazine dedicated to abstract photography, available in both online and printed editions. In addition to the magazine, they also publish online Voxpops. Yeah, I didn’t know what a Voxpop was either. It comes from vox populi or Latin for ‘voice of the people’. According to Hintology, their voxpops are “ experiments or interviews in which abstract photographers related to the abstract photography community of Hintology either have their work engaged with specific audiences or come to discuss particular topics with regards to their artistic practice.”

I am honored to have been one of six photographers invited to participate in Hintology’s Voxpop #6, the theme of which is variation.

I could post my three photos that were included, as well as my writing about variation here, but then you would miss out on the other five photographers! So, instead, I will simply post a link to the short Voxpop and give you the opportunity to be introduced to them all!

Here is the link.
