This Time, Just One Flower

For the last several posts, I have been showing the results of my experiment in taking multiple photos of flowers from various angles and bringing them into Photoshop as layers. I then change the layer opacities and blending modes as well as layer positions, if need be, to end up with something I find visually pleasing. In this instance I tried it using only one flower. It actually came out mildly asymmetric, when I was actually hoping for very close symmetry. To fulfill my vision I selected half the photo, flipped it horizontally, and simply moved it to the other side. Now we have symmetry!

After obtaining something I find pleasing, I do some further processing as well as applying several textures to the image.
