Odds 'N Ends

Artist's Statement:

What does one do with images that are not part of a single themed portfolio or a completed 'body of work'?

I decided to use this portfolio to display such varied images. Despite the fact that these images are of a mixture of different subjects, I find that I enjoy them nonetheless. When I find that enough of a particular type of photograph finds its way here, they may well be moved to their own separate portfolio. Until then, this area serves as a depository for what I can only call "Odds 'N Ends".

Clicking on any of the images in the slideshow will bring you to "The Story Behind The Image", a page which contains information about the photograph and how it was taken. The entire portfolio can be navigated through these 'Story' pages as well as via the slideshow.

The slideshow can be started or stopped using the icon to the far left of the thumbnails. For the most 'immersive' experience, click on the 'full screen' logo to the immediate left of the thumbnails. To exit full screen mode, click on the 'full screen' logo again or press your keyboard's ESC key. Hover your mouse over the small thumbnails to see a larger thumbnail. Clicking a thumbnail will bring up that image whether the slideshow is playing or not.

Clicking on any full size image in the slideshow will open a page containing more information about the photograph, including 'the story behind the image'.
